She always does a great job!!!! She goes out of her way to let me know about my vehicle when it is in the shop. Also the service tech that worked on my vehicle did a great job!! Even Terry did a great job pulling my truck around. If those two ever leave Debbie or Terry I will go where they go.

Where I worked before retirement we had a maintenance schedule planet so we had all parts needed to do each job. Then we scheduled the job to be done. My running boards took two hours longer awhile back when I was scheduled in for a two job, someone had to make a run to pickup bolts. Someone should have made sure all the parts were on hand .

Debbie kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. Although the complete repair is not complete...waiting on a part to be delivered from another location. She’s been great. Honestly, I had 2 bad experiences with reliable chevy in the past, and swore I’d never come back. I’m glad it went well. Thank you Debbie.
