It took one month to get my Blazer back. I understand COVID-19 but GM should have parts available.I bought a new vehicle and it had only 2000 miles on it .Your managers tried to be helpful but it is very frustrating to buy a new vehicle and have to go through all of this. I should have been given a whole new blazer because quite frankly I’m not sure I trust it 100%

The service was fast and the fact that the part was covered meant the world to me. Finances are hard right now due to COVID and I was so scared of the costs that would come with this service. They were very friendly and overall it was an easy experience. Not to mention the shuttle service!! That’s the coolest thing. That car is the only car my household has and so I would have been stuck there all day. They truly blew my mind the whole time

It took much longer than expected to finish my service. If I had known that I I wouldn't have stayed and waited on it because I needed to get back to work. No one came to let me know why there was a delay until I had already been there 3 hours. Other than that I was satisfied with the service

Was lied to and told that my mpp would cover this repair but found out after they had my vehicle for Four days that it doesn’t and now I’m being charged more then my car payment. Then I had to wait two months for my part to even come in.
