Larry did a fantastic job of explaining what was being done with the car. He allowed me to see the filters and explained in detail the work that was done and why it was necessary. He acted like he owned the dealership and took great care and making sure I was satisfied.

My car was unlocked. I have personal and valuable things in it. Normally I get greeted and former service advisors knew my name and what service I had scheduled. At the end, wasn't explained what services are going to be needed done soon.

I purchased my vehicle in December and I shared my concern to Debbie that my tires were already down to 4/32nds and asked for them to check my alignment. I was told that the alignment machine wasn't set up for a 2019 Blazer. She also said she would call me when it was ready. That was 3 weeks ago. These tires are rated for 50,000 miles and I am at 23,000 miles. I don't feel safe driving like this and I do a lot of driving as this is my work vehicle.

We were traveling through town and noticed we had a gas leak and called reliable Chevy and the minute we called on the phone to when we paid out and pulling out, Sean bent over backwards to help us and make sure we kept up to date the second he had any information for us. We felt so secure and good dealing with him. Our last time we dropped our car off at a different dealership it was 3 weeks before we got it back. They got the part in and had the car fixed in no time and even had to get the part from out of town. They went ahead and fixed a recall that needed to be fixed.
