Waited almost 2 hours. No one let me know my truck was finished

Not that bad, really. He seemed rather distracted. Ex. Daud he gave me my keys, he didn't. Then he couldn't find them. He then walked me to my truck and forgot my papers. He was helpful in finding a place to repair my tire, as gm wouldn't fix it. I also noticed that they didn't put the reminder sticker for next service on windshield. He was very polite. Probably just too much to do.
I appreciated the fact the car was not scheduled service but to my surprise you went above my expectations and performed the service.

I am very pleased with Austin and a customer service that I got this time through reliable, however trying to get everything complete before my auto warranty expires but my check engine light is still on I don’t know if I need to reset it if show how and/or if something else is wrong however the staff was very attentive and a color navy took care of you until I find out what else are wrong. But thank you reliable until next time thank you again
