There was a gentleman I cannot remember his name but he helped during my original purchase, he went and checked on my vehicle for me since I had a doctors apt, I really appreciated that.
The timeliness and communication levels were poor.
I’m beyond satisfied with the service received. I had called in a week ago to schedule an oil change and explained my situation to the service manager. I’m the “soon to be ex” of a finance manager from another Chevrolet dealership. I’m being refused service and maintenance at said dealership even though I purchased it there. My warranty company won’t even cover my truck anymore without paying the deductible and my truck is in need of maintenance. Your guys that day had no idea what was going on and they took care of me and even went as far as to hold a check for me. Oil changes came standard before from the dealership but again this is the same dealership refusing customer service. Thank you again.

He made sure that I had loaner transportation to get me and my family around while my car was being serviced. Austin Terry is an amazing face for your company.
