I came in for a non emergency issue and expected to schedule an appointment for a later time. The service tech advised me that he could “take a look” if I wanted to wait around for 45-60 minutes. I had some time so I chose to wait. He came back to me in 40 minutes, told me they found the problem...parts were available and they could fit me in and have me on the road in about another hour. I was that close so I told him to go ahead and fix it. They did fix it.....on time!
So in short....I was completely satisfied with my experience and will come back again! The service tech was amazing! You are fortunate to have him on your front line of customer contact/service.

Very disappointed with the leaves and other debris left in the floor when cabin air filter was replaced. Technician left greasy finger prints on drivers door and front fender. I have asked for my tires to be inflated to 35 lbs for the last two service visits and today when i picked up my vehicle tire pressures were 26 and 27 lbs. I can only sum up my experience as disappointing! I will probably try the GMC service department going forward.
Austin was polite, courteous and did a great job taking care of me and my vehicle and I was completely satisfied! The only thing that could have been better would have been if the price was cheaper, but, I don’t mind paying dealership prices because I know it’s going to be done correctly and repaired to last. Austin tied in my previous service visit that had the same problem and was able to find the problem and get it resolved finally. Austin said there was a bulletin that came regarding the problem that aided in fixing the issue related to low oil pressure on my 2011 Silverado.
So that I can keep up maintaining care of my truck, and keeping records, could I get a copy of the bulletin or just the wording and date of release?
