Georgia resident needed my truck serviced while I was up here visiting my aunt before making the 700 mile journey back home. Chance was much nicer than my home town Chevy guys. Made me feel like a regular that’s been there a 100 times even though it was my first time and even though he knew he couldn’t earn my repeated business since I didn’t live here.

Mr. Fitzgerald was very professional, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to communicate with me about every issue while trying to diagnose the diagnostic problems with my vehicle. No was greeted me when I drove in. I was just there Friday with my other vehicle and was not told of the price increase, very unprofessional since I book both appointments at the same time. Lastly, when I had asked about what I thought was a recall and was told would he looked into, no one did and I had to ask again. Customer service was not what it should have been.

Chance Gorn is an awesome service consultant. He strives to complete the service that is requested and will make sure that the work is completed beyond satisfactory. Chance is pleasant everytime that we take our vehicle into be serviced. He is always interested in knowing if the service is satisfactory. He texts and keeps us informed of the service progress. He gave us a timeline that the vehicle would be completed and this time, the vehicle was ready fifteen minutes early. He will let you know when you’re vehicle is ready. When we purchase our next vehicle, it will be from Reliable Chevrolet due to the great service department and Chance Gorn and his co-workers. Bruce was very helpful today as well and was pleasant to work with. Thank you Reliable Chevrolet for the great service.

Debbie she is great answering questions but the mechanics do not do the job that I want to have done in my truck. I want the brakes changed and they want me to do more things in my truck, ultimately I had my truck back with no brakes change because I do not want the rest of their suggestions done. I did had to pay them for telling me what according to them what it was wrong with my truck when again I only want it the brakes to be replaced. I’m very dissatisfied with the dealer shop service
