Sean was great in helping. But when you are pressing your customers to buy the extended warranty and than come to find out it doesn’t cover what is broken with the stereo ( because it needs updated) is a joke and that will cause me to go else where in looking for a new car. But give credit to Sean for trying to help out

Very few people wore masks and didn’t try to social distance. Definitely would not buy another vehicle there and will only have service done there because we have a contract. Very disappointed.

Chance is amazing. I am a from Phoenix, AZ and I was driving back from road trip from Tenn, and passing through MO my oilchange notification popped up and I took it to the dealership to change the oil, I ask Chance if you could have them check out my car to see if there are any concerns for the remainder of my road trip. He was very friendly.

My oil change appt was at 11. I was there about 10:35 abs it was 12:20 or so before I was checking out. Hour abs almost a half for my oil change. I was not a real happy camper.

Reliable chevy was unable to fully diagnose my cars problem. I paid over 1000 dollars to get my car fixed and it was in the store for 5 days and it still is not fixed. Because of this incident I have to sell my car and I will not be purchasing another chevy and I was considering a new chevy blazer. Not anymore.

We have dealt with Sean every time I took my daughter’s car in to be fixed. Sean is very helpful. I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else. Very happy with him.
