My wife had called in to schedule a appointment for an oil change and a state inspection. My son dropped the car off and advised your new associate that he was there for his appointment to get an oil change and an inspection . I arrived with my daughter to pick up the vehicle and the service person advised they did a free safety inspection and not a state inspection. I asked if they could still get the state inspection done. The manager said yes and got it done. Apparently after I paid and left your new customer service person of three days asked my daughter why I was mean. Causing my daughter to be upset with me. I thought I was very polite as I even told the new associate I did not blame her I just did not want my daughter to have to come back for the safety inspection. This situation has made me unhappy.

Sean was very friendly and got right to me as soon as he was done with the previous customer. He answered any questions that I had, and personally brought me to my vehicle when it was finished.

I went in thinking that I was going to spend $400 for maintenance on transmission. Chance went and checked and I am not due for that type of service yet and I only spent $150. He kept me informed and save me money
