Debbie was nice service rep, disappointed everytime I make a appointment my car never gets serviced that day.... I needed my car for work tomorrow and will not be able to use it because it was serviced in time. Even with express oil changes with appointments take almost 3 hours.
I couldn't afford everything today. But soon .
Sean was easily the best service guy I’ve ever dealt with. I was basically stranded 4 hours from home when my upper control arm snapped in half. Sean got me set me up with a reputable tow company, got me in right away on a Saturday no less. When the tech ran into some trouble that required extra time he put me in a loaner vehicle so i could get back home that night. Drove 3.5 hours back down to Springfield Monday morning and my truck was good as new. Best experience with a dealership I’ve ever had hands down!!

Took a long time to get my vehicle checked, and wasn’t clear when it would get in even if it was delayed. Also, after days waiting, nothing was found and here I am a week later with the same problem which has me stranded again. So, no, not satisfied.
Sean is great. As a single woman I don’t feel intimidated or like I being taken advantage of.

From the technician to the employee that utilized his personal cell phone for a hot spot to the service writer to the service manager.
