Sean was excellent in helping me through the Recall of the Steering gear on my 2017 Camero. He was quick to order the parts and quick to let me know of some additional adjustments which Chevrolet made to the steering gear recall. And when the part came in with the electrical component broken, he quickly arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle while we waited for a new steering gear to be ordered and put on my car. Sean stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. He was always very cheerful and helpful as well as reassuring and I am most pleased with my Sweet “Sassy Annie” Camero!

I felt ignored. Could never get ahold of anybody and I felt like I didnt achieve anything by the time I payed for the diagnostic.

The vehicle did not duplicate the problem again so therefore nothing was fixed. I get that and I understand that. However, she was so busy that she wasn’t able to get to it till the 2nd day and then there was no communication until I had called 3 times and left 2 voicemails and a text message. Text alerts were set up but never used.

I've been told multiple different things regarding my car. No answers I have actually get answered. I don't get follow up calls when they tell me they will. It's been in and out of the shop multiple times and I'm completely fed up. When it messes up again, I'll be taking it elsewhere and will NEVER buy another vehicle from here

Only had oil change. Missed the first shuttle and had to wait long enough for it to return my car was done. Need a second for at least morning to get customers to work.

Your prices are too high and you take to long. Witch go hand in hand when you do motor work. Quoted $1000.00 , the part cost a little over $100.00 I will not be back.

It took a little longer cost quite a bit more than what I thought. but I have to say it's running great now and Chandler didn't amazing job letting me know what was going on the whole time. I wouldn't be surprised if some other company doesn't try to steal him from you.

My car still has the original squeak in the steering. I have had to spend 2 days there one diagnosing and one replacing a steering shaft and it still squeaks. May be a slight bit quieter but still there. Chandler did a good job dealing with me but the service techs I’m not impressed with. Most likely not returning here for any future repairs.
