Austin kept me informed of exactly what was being done to my car and informed me of a couple of things that needed to be done-brake fluid changed, fuel system cleaned- and even though it was close to closing time he was able to get those things done for me! It is extremely important that I have a conscientious representative like Austin to help me! I am the sole caregiver for my 79 year old husband who has Parkinson’s Disease! The less time I have to leave him alone or find someone to stay with him makes things so much easier for me! I really appreciate the service I always get here!

We where on vacation traveling back home and stopped because of a check engine light. They was able to work us in and take care of the issue. It only took a couple hours and we was back on the road.

The technicians at Reliable Chevrolet performed unauthorized services on my vehicle, and then proceeded to charge me for the labor for something I didn’t authorize. I wasn’t originally going to respond to this survey, but after I drove my vehicle home it was no longer able to drive. I was told that it was test driven and it was functional. Not only is my vehicle still unsafe to drive, I paid the technicians to fix an issue with the suspension, and it appears that either 1. That service never occurred, or 2. That service was done incorrectly.
I paid hundreds of dollars and trusted my vehicle with Reliable. Not only did the technicians break the law while working on my vehicle, they did not even do the services correctly.
I would respectfully request a refund for the services I paid for, considering the fact that my vehicle is still unsafe to drive, despite being told otherwise by Reliable staff.
