Our service experience with Chandler was extraordinary. Our vehicle required a very large, lengthy repair. He got us into a service courtesy vehicle for the couple of weeks it is taking for the repair of our vehicle. He has kept us up to date and seems extremely efficient at his job. He is very kind, straightforward and made us feel like he genuinely cared for us and our vehicle. I can’t say we have always had good service experiences with Reliable Chevrolet so it was definitely a breath of fresh air. As long as Chandler is with the service department, we will bring our vehicle to your service department for any service needs. Please, give this man a raise. He deserves any incentive offered. Buy him a car. Reward him with an extra paid vacation. If Chandler is interested in manager positions, you need to take his interest and skills very seriously - promote him. Employees like him are hard to find and even harder to keep. We just can’t say enough positive things about Chandler and our experience. Thank you Chandlers

As always your service staff specifically Debbie Peavy is courteous and attentive. my issue was with General Motors specifically and the way they address their warranty for tires. they have no room to wiggle. in my case they expect me to take a third set of tires of the same exact brand when the first two sets have proven to have some sort of manufacturing error. don't understand why anyone would expect someone to accept the same exact brand for the third time. Something very wrong with this policy.
