I live out of town had to set for 2 hours. 1200 vehicles can't even borrow one or rent one or test drive one. Truck manager said I could not test drive because they were working on my vehicle. Bull ****

Sean did his job well. GM Engineering has not. To show me a service tip page that tells the tech that the rear camera won't give a clear reliable picture because the signal goes through too many boards before reaching the monitor is asinine. Telling me that version 08 or whatever of the Silverado presents a clear reliable picture but my 2018 isn't capable is also asinine. Instead of having the EE hide his/her head in the sand plus explain how he/she engineered it wrong, have him/her fix the problem. This is a federally mandated safety item isn't it? Just curious plus disappointed in GM. I left a copy of that bulliten with Dillon Turner, sales floor.

Mr Fitzgerald really tried to get the help i needed. I want to be clear that he was honest and helpful. His customer service was impeccable. I also want to say thank you for getting me in and trying to complete the work on my car. However, I come to a dealership because they have the weekend hours i needAND like a doctor I would expect that you would leave some room on your appointments for emergencies. I felt immediately defensive because I was told several times that that I would not be seen today even though I had already talked to someone on the phone the night before. I want to feel at ease walking in the door. Finally I come to a dealership because I expect them to specialize in Chevys and I would expect you to carry everything chevy, but you did not have the part my car needed. Thank you again Mr Fitzgerald for your help, you were the best part of my day!
Impressed how willing your service techs are to go above and beyond to accommodate customers. I had a time crunch with a slight mix up in my appointment, the fellas made it work on a moments notice. Truly appreciate the excellent customer service I’ve received by everyone at the dealership from my salesman John, to Angela who closed my loan, down to the fellas that changed my oil and checked me in today- 3.5 months after the date of purchase. Keep it up Reliable!

I had to clean some greasy fingerprints and black hose streaks off my vehicle after I recieved it back from the service department. Not super happy about that, but it wasn't damage. Just frustrating as I had literally just washed my car.
