I called on a thursday, left a voicemail about dropping my vehicle off friday morning. no returned call. dropped vehicle off Friday morning for maintenance and service. I never received a call about it. Saturday late afternoon I call the shop to check on status to find out no one knew anything. I made arrangements to pick it because I needed it Monday morning. nothing had been done at all concerning the scheduled services. usually we are 100% satisfied with service at Reliable. we have two vehicles with you all and the ball was dropped on this service. on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give you a 2.5. I hope we don't have this kind of service again.
Sean was great, he worked with our warranty company after closing and made sure we were back on our vacation as soon as possible. We are very happy.

I still have questions about why my bill was as much as it was. I was quoted a price several hundred dollars below what I paid. And Chandler still has yet to reach out to me and explain why, as I was told he would. Maybe there is a simple explanation that I am unaware of. I was quoted in person and over the phone of about $860 in labor and then the price of whatever parts they changed out while testing the negative side of my electrical system. I was charged over $1600 in labor. I loved everything about the help I received at Reliable, except for the lack of communication from Chandler. I am hard to reach most days but only ask for a voicemail or text that I can check when I am able to get to my phone.
