When you make appointment to have car fixed it should be at that time or within hr especially made appointment the day before we have jobs and children to pick up and take care of can't spend 6hrs waiting to get it looked at.
Brenton did a great job of getting me checked in the day before my appointment and kept me informed on the needs and progress of my vehicle.
Best yet and hope I can schedule with him from now on.
I was very pleased with Austin he did everything on the truck to my satisfaction job well done. And while I was there Dixie took care of the recall on the Brakes while the truck was there to save me a trip back.So all and all good job guys and thank you.
Austin is polite, professional, and represents the job well. He thoroughly explained the various services and their respective pricing and made it a good service experience. The young girl that drove the shuttle was pleasant and prompt in taking me to and picking me up from work. Both are assets to the business.
I was surprised they took the time to wash my windshield which was not why I had my car in for service!! The extra effort was greatly appreciated

I think you are very high priced. I think you were taking advantage of my young daughter. The cost to tow it to Rick’s Automotive and have it fixed was less than $500.00. You should be ashamed of what you wanted to charge her. Kelly J Hayes
