I came in for a tire rotation and oil change. I was told they found a nail or screw in my tire (I’m not sure which because both words were used). I was told the tire was non repairable due to where the screw was. I understand this happens and was fine with that. I was ready to go when they told me the screw had been pulled out and made my tire go completely flat to which I had to wait for them to put on a patch so I could drive my car because it was too late to put a tire on my car. I was completely satisfied with how kind the service people were and how they took care of me, but I am confused by why the screw was removed from my tire and wasn’t given an explanation since by the time I was out it was after closing time.

I arrived at 11:00 for an oil change and didn’t leave until 4:00pm. I never heard my name called or received a phone call or text stating my car was ready, but when I finally checked in with Jose it had been done for a while and the serviceman claimed they called my name and called my phone, but I can prove my phone was never called. At this point I plan to move my maintenance to another company. Jose did offer me a detail service next time but I’m not convince there will be a next time.
Wouldn’t want anyone else to work on my car! He makes sure my concerns are taken care of every time!
It took 30 mins to get paperwork done but the guy up front is awesome he went back to check on everything. And then went to get in my cars and the seat cover and everything was still in my vehicle. Ask for it to be taking out.
