I pick up a vehicle tomorrow but Sean has been awesome. He has kept me updated and listened to all the things I wanted checked while they have my vehicle. He’s a keeper.
The staff were super helpful, nice, and considerate to my situation. I felt like they cared about my safety and comfort. Also, they responded to my calls in a timely and friendly matter and made sure I got the information I needed.
As usual Chandler does an excellent job.
I am however extremely disappointed in the bulletin from Chevrolet regarding the issue with my Corvette.
I'm not sure where to go from here but my vehicle is not right.
The car jumps horribly when turning tight corners. Not something any car, much less a high end sports car should ever do.
Any recommendations or suggestions on how to proceed with Chevrolet regarding this issue will be appreciated.
