I’m disappointed in the service department when I comes to the oil change I requested to have done. The change life on the computer wasn’t rest, there was no new sticker in the window and there was no paperwork proving the oil change was even done. Was the oil even changed?

Austin was fantastic and very helpful. Although, I am worried that if I did have a problem I can’t write about, because it negatively impacts someone. Let customers speak their mind without tying it to compensation. I’ve always hated the way you all conduct your surveys.

Brought my vette in for a TPMS sensor replacement. Spent the day waiting for it to be completed, and was later told the part wasn't even in stock so my car would need to be put back together and I would be called when the part was in. Its been 19 days and I've yet to hear if the correct TPMS sensor is in stock or if its been ordered.

Car is worse now than before I brought in. Vibrates like crap. And you put 40 fricken miles on the car. Service manager please call me tomorrow. This is BS!!!
