Melissa is absolutely a Service Hero in our book. Though it’s been many years since we lived in Springfield, when our battery died while on a trip back to visit family, we went back to Reliable and met Melissa. She got us right in on Saturday and got us fixed right up. She did a great job, was very friendly and kept us informed.
We continue to be Reliable fans, even from Texas, thanks to Melissa!

Had to come in twice for the same problem with my air conditioner, both times I was charged around $500. I believe if they had found all the problems the first time, the cost would have been much less, and i would have only drive the 20 miles each way once.
Reliable Chevrolet really lives up to it's name! Every time they service my vehicle they make sure the job is done right and to my complete satisfaction. I could have vehicle serviced closer to my home, but I trust Reliable so much I drive the 70 miles there instead. The whole team there is that good!
Customer service was great but the waiting time was horrible never had to wait so long for an oil change service.

Mellisa was great. Unfortunately there was minor paint damage to drivers door, chip and scratch. I pointed out to Melissa that there wasn't a scratch on the truck when we walked around it during check in. Didn’t notice it till next day when getting in when the truck was dry. It was wet when I picked it up due to it raining.
