I cannot fully express my gratitude to Sean F. Fitzgerald and the rest of the team over there at Reliable Chevy. I mistakenly took my vehicle elsewhere and was jerked around and not taken seriously. Furthermore, there was not communication for an entire day. Sean took care of me and made sure I was able to diagnose the problem and make sure I could get back for my interview in St. Louis safely. I received text messages constantly and nothing but respect. Thank you all again. Even my shuttle experiences were superb. Sean was courteous, informative, timely, and extremely helpful. I didn’t feel like he was trying to force me to get a service I didn’t need or spend money, but that he genuinely cared about my vehicle and safety. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE ANYONE IN SPRINGFIELD I FEEL COMFORTABLE BRINGING MY VEHICLE TO AND REFERRING TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Bruce was fantastic as was every member of the Reliable staff I had contact with. I was able to take a shuttle to a salon appointment while they worked on my vehicle. The driver was very friendly and got me to my appointment safely and on time she picked me up with minimal wait time when I was finished. Thank you all!

Austin did great about getting my truck in and out and saved me a lot of money. I will not be back to reliable because I live in Tulsa, but will always speak highly of them if I am in the Springfield area

A part was ordered for my cay on 5/22/21. They said it would be in on Wednesday or Thursday and Austin would call me and let me know on Wednesday when he knew about the part. I did not hear anything so I called him on Thursday morning Maddie answered the phone and said she would pass a message onto him. Didn’t hear anything so I called back that afternoon I don’t have the name of the person who answered the phone and said that he was really busy and that he’d have Austin call me back. Called again on Friday Morning I left a voice message on Austin‘s phone. I called again on Friday left another message on Austin‘s phone. I have not heard anything from him. Oh I think it’s very poor customer service not to return a phone call I know how busy everybody is. However it’s just rude not to return a call I want to take a moment to tell me the part wasn’t in. I had to cancel My weekend trip because I didn’t have the air conditioner in my car I was very disappointed not to be able to make the wedding.

The American finance was easy to set up, was recommended detailing and took it (had a friend that helped through a bad habit and she smoked in my car and it was banned and they were able to get th smell out. I had to get the assistance because of the tires and already paid bills and still have tags coming up. Thank you for helping me not just financially, but getting my car back to pristine condition.

This was my first experience with Reliable service department. Check-in and check-out were laborious. Check in took over 14 minutes with all vehicles before and after me being long gone before I was served. Check out took almost as long. I was told that the paper work would be ready “in 1 minute”. 14 Minutes later I drove out. It must have been an off day...I hope.

12 screws later I paid 619 dollars 400 plus was labor. Just got a quote from pinegar and even they said Shawn was a terrible person and they was apologizing on part of chevrolet...
