2 hours to change oil told me it was impossible to rotate my tires because the rims had to stay where they were absolute clown fest no idea what they were doing would recommend teaching your techs what a dismount and mount is

Had a 9:00 am appointment. Arrived at 9.
Checked in, was told a service rep would be to talk to me. The Suburban never moved and I had to go find someone after 40 min!
The service rep finally came to talk to me.
It still set there. I found the on duty service manager and he then jumped into it.
For a job they told me would take 35-40 min I was there 1 1/2 hours. Finally got an apology when it was ready.
Not impressed at Chevy service. BMW service beats you hands down.

Prompt friendly service. A representative met me as I was getting out of my car, topped off my windshield washer fluid, checked me in and escorted me to the waiting area. Couldn't ask for better service.

I asked for synthetic oil, but regular oil was put in instead. My wait time was also extremely long given that I had an appointment at 1 and was there until 2:30.
