I found Terry to be rude and unhelpful. I paid $80 to find out why my check engine light was on. I still have no idea why my check engine light is on, or how to resolve the issue. When I tried to get Terry to explain to me why he was intentionally vague and told me it could cost $700 more to find out.

Chandler was wonderful. Still no resolution on my car. No ones fault but still unable to find the problem. Chandler was extremely professional and able to answer all of my questions.

I was a little frustrated by my experience. I arrived for an oil change and was told 30-40 minutes. After 1 hour and 20 minutes and running behind for a meeting, I asked a service advisor for an update. He said probably 2-3 hours. I was in disbelief. He then said I had 4 recalls they were taking care of. No one said a thing to me about recalls prior to that. He asked if I wanted him to see if they could put things back together for me, but at that point there was no point. I then waited 25 mins for a rental and came back later that day to pick up my truck. I was just frustrated because I was running late and essentially forced into the recall repairs. Thanks, Austin

Chandler is excellent in communicating about my service. After my service I still had a problem and contacted him and I have to bring it back in which is not his fault but he was right on top of it
