Sean is always great. Unfortunately, my **** Chevy Cruze is not great and has taught me an expensive lesson about GM vehicles. I have never regretted a purchase more than this vehicle. Thanks for the life lesson, GM.

I was charged for things I did not know I would be charged for. I just wanted an oil change and he mentioned things but did not tell me there would be charges for them. I had never been charged for these things before.

We have had several repairs on our 2013 Cruze. We were trying to keep it as long as we could before replacing it. Your service department has been absolutely phenomenal every time we were in for repairs. They went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We just traded the Cruze for a 2020 Malibu. We know you’ll be there for us when we need you!! Thank you so much!
