Service has gone down hill. The only reason I look at Chevy cars is because of the outstanding service you guys use to have. Bring Jose back to interact with your customers and keep us up to date on the status of our car.

Chandler has been amazing. Keeps me up to date on my vehicle, very personable and great customer service skills with a smile always. Would like to continue servicing my vehicle there as long as possible with him and I’m even considering an extended warranty if something like that is possible on my vehicle. Sean was very informative and willing to help. The first guy I spoke with the first time I called was not very helpful at all. Sean seems to care about his customers and was very attentive to my concerns. Any time my car goes back, I will looking to deal with him. I am very pleased with him.

I appreciate all of the hard work and labor they put into my car; although I wasn’t told how long it would take to fix my transmission. I have work and school so it’s difficult to always get a ride to those places. If a co worker could please let me know about how long a transmission would usually take to fix would be much appreciated:

Brought my car in for engine misfire and left with a 1300 dollar repair estimate. The steering was fine no issues till it went in shop came out in worse condition than was when it went in. Took three days to fix misfire and then returned it to me with steering out. Not very happy at all

There are still windshield wiper sprayers that are not working correctly and the oil did not get changed. Also I got into my vehicle and there was absolutely no gas in the vehicle. When I dropped the vehicle off it had 3/4 of a tank. I also had to drive down to the dealership after you having possession of my vehicle to figure out what was wrong with it because nobody could tell me what was wrong with the truck when I called 3 different times. I found the experience extremely unprofessional and rather frustrating. I purchased the vehicle 3-4 weeks ago and it makes me want to give the vehicle back and take my business elsewhere.
