I have noticed Jose on other appointments when he was not working with me. He is a positive person who is an asset to the service department. I expressed my appreciation to him today.
Took to long for oil change and tire rotation with appointment 2 hours i felt if i had got the suggested maintenance plan it would have been faster, but since i didnt it took longer.
They messed up my radio for the 2nd time.

The man that took our car and brought it back to us ion Saturday a very hard worker, He deserves a raise! He was friendly and literally ran to and from the cars moving them into the spots they needed to be in to go in for service. I don’t remember his name, But I had the opportunity to watch him with customers as well and he was friendly and polite to everyone he spoke with!
Jose is the best and I will bring my vehicle to him alway.
