I bought my truck from Grapevine Ford and have been coming to the dealership for about 5 years, and like everything about it except one thing: the time it takes when bringing in my vehicle for service. I used to do routine service as a job, so although I don’t work at Grapevine Ford, I have some idea of what I’m talking about. I always set appointments because I figure that will give me the best odds of a timely visit. But I can't recall a time when I have made it out of there under 2 hours, even with a routine oil change/check up service. I got an oil change with a tire rotation and wash this time, and it took just over 2 1/2 hours. It makes it difficult to plan anything with such uncertainty of when the work will get done. Bottom line: if I set an appointment, and I am there on time, I should have my vehicle up on a rack before anyone else who doesn’t have an appointment. In my experience at Grapevine Ford, that is not the case. Otherwise, why offer appointments?

Service was very good, as usual. Heath answered all our questions, kept us apprised of progress and made the software update was performed on the Corsair. I would recommend Heath as my service advisor.
Efficient pick up and return. I did not get any feedback at all during the process. Did not hear anything until I asked for an ETA of completion and return when I heard the car was almost here Would have lined an update as I had no lender vehicle and was waiting for the car to be returned
