Tyler was amazing. I really couldn’t ask for any better if I tried. The recall was annoying but Tyler made the process smooth and I was notified throughout the repair. Car came back better than I had it. Y’all need more service advisors like him. Thanks again Tyler!!
Chris was awesome. I had a nail in a tire and told Chris about it and the tech didn’t see it. The vehicle came out and then I had to point it out. Lastly, you didn’t have tires for an F150.

Our advisor could not have been nicer. The issue is, when the appointment was made, we told them we wanted an oil change, tires rotated and the plus on the back bumper replaced. We even asked if that needed an appointment. We were told, no that can be done at the same time. It did not go that way! That’s very disappointing and the wait was just over 2 hours. Seems like the employees need to be properly trained to give out information. We love our truck and our salesperson, Bill Belt, but will most likely not be back with this service disappointment. We brought it back last year with an also disappointing experience.

Jodi was great to work with. Very professional and pleasant. She called the Shop Manager up because I had a question about my catalytic converter and he showed up in less than a minute. Kept my truck an extra day because I was out of town, and she did it with a smile. I look forward to working with Jodi and Grapevine Ford again in the future.
