Brought my car back to have an alignment issue resolved. Got nowhere. Issue not taken seriously. Was told that a machine says it's fine so there is no problem. My prematurely worn tires say very differently. Disappointed after years of loyal custom at grapevine ford.

Service couldn’t help because the rattle in the dash wouldn’t rattle when in service department. Heard the same rattle in the same location in the loaner. Rattle comes and goes. Maybe someday it will rattle long enough for someone in service to hear.
