It took 2 hours to get an oil change , I first stopped last Thursday it was 2 hour wait , i left then I made a reservation for Saturday morning and it was 2 hours again... you should not call it quick lube anymore ...

My service advisor is great and doing a fantastic job. However, this is the second time I’ve had my brand new truck in for a new part and it be on back order. This is frustrating and shouldn’t be an issue on a new truck purchase.
