Jody was great! However, the online booking of the service doesn’t work properly. I was asked what kind of service I needed. I answered a 5000 miles service and fixing some electrical stuff. I was given a time slot but when I got there, I was told that you couldn’t look at the electrical issue for two days. Why couldn’t the time slot just have been two days out. Now I have to bring the car in twice. Not happy about that!

I’ve been coming to Pete for service now for 4 years....Pete is the reason I keep coming back. This most recent trip he actually fixed an interior plug himself that my 12yr old inadvertently broke. Pete is an asset to Grapevine Ford. Take good care of him!

I would give it an 8 out of 10. Overall the people are super nice, and Jody communicates super well. It just took a lot longer than I had hoped, but they supplied a rental for the entirety of it. I just wish the employees wore masks or cared more about COVID, when I went to pick up my car I saw several customers and employees not wearing a mask, or not wearing it properly. I have a severely immunocompromised mother that I live with, and felt very uncomfortable. I also had to stand outside for nearly 30 minutes for someone to help me, because Jody was on lunch. Everyone just looked past me, or made eye contact and walked away. It was well over 95° in Texas, so it was extremely hot.

Bob Leininger is why I keep coming back. I know he will always shoot straight with me and take care of what needs to be taken care of. As long as he is there and I still drive Lincolns I’ll continue to bring my service needs to him.
