The car was brought in for a recall for the anti-lock breaking system. It is still not fixed. Anytime I park the car the park break comes on. This should not be happening. It was supposed to be fixed back in the spring when I brought it in but started acting up again.

I’ll be honest, I have purchased 6 or 7 cars from Grapevine Ford going back to when it was Payton Wright. When I purchased my 2015 F150, the experience stunk. The finance manager was a putz and was condescending that I didn’t want to finance. I swore I wouldn’t buy another car or have service done at Grapevine Ford after that. I brought my truck back for service because a key had broken and I had to bring it to the dealer. Tyler was my service advisor. He was engaging, polite, his communication was stellar. I was very happy with my experience with Tyler and quite frankly I would do business again with Grapevine Ford be side of Tyler. I have already placed a deposit on a 2021 Bronco Wildtrak. Although I chose not to purchase through Grapevine Ford, I would now be comfortable taking it there for service.

I appreciate the work and assistance Jason provided. I would just ask he find a new way to refer to adult women. Being referred to as "Girls" is condescending and offensive. I'm almost certain he doesn't refer to men he is working with as "Boys". As a business woman and an adult female, I prefer being referred to by name.
