Unable to leave vehicle for transmission work due to long wait time of at least 2 weeks. Not feasible to leave only to “wait in line” for transmission work. Not t fair to need to rent a vehicle for $40 a day for 14 days just to have vehicle just sit and wait for “turn” for transmission service. Now feel like there will be no option to be able to have much needed transmission work done. Cannot pay 500 plus dollars for needed transportation for rental while vehicle waits to be seen The wait period could be longer and that is a source of stress

Not an issue with Alfredo. He has been great. This was my third trip in to get a state inspection. First time, Alfredo asked techs to perform inspection prior to recall remap. They did not, vehicle failed emissions due to remap. Alfredo apologized, offered next service for free. Said to come back after 100 or so miles. Returned a week later, machine could. Or connect with the State.
Returned third time, vehicle failed, was told needed to be driven at highway speed for “50 or 60 miles” and then should pass. Not super confident. All could have been avoided. Poor internal communications or protocols.

Had repair a previous service error. Cost me three days because you do slow.
Waited almost a week for a part to get in to complete repairs. Your supply chain let you down. Nothing Miguel could do.
My invoice was not accurate. After getting home I reviewed in detail and found extra labor charge that should not have been applied.
Went back to Miguel and he took care of. Made me wonder what audit process is used by dealership before customer pays.
