Sometimes OME is not the solution. After Grapevine Ford replaced my F&R brake rotors & pads, they squealed horribly. Aaron worked with the Shop Mgr to find a solution, which included heavier brakes. Problem solved. Special shout out to Aaron McBride for his follow through to win back this customer.
