I want to express the service that was given to us by your employee Alfredo Z. He went above and beyond to make it right for the wait time we had with both of our vehicles that were there for a oil change . They had our vehicles from 8:00 am to 12:30. But because of the customer service given by Alfredo I would happily use Grapevine Ford again.

Bob the Tech was great. But I called prior to make the appointment and was told to do it through my LincolnWay app. They did come pick up my car but they were suppose to leave a loaner car (per the description on the app$ and did not do that. I now have to have another appointment to get the other things fixed on my car. Should have all been done at the same time as requested in the appointment info. I have so far not had the "Lincoln Experience " that I was told would happen when I bought the car. It's been frustrating to say the least.

I would rather speak in person because of many issues especially with me being a first time buyer. I would love to say that I did run into a Mr Jordan Bell at the gas station next door to yall and my job and he was so helpful and also Mr Ken as well. I love my new car and would really love to speak to someone to help me with certain questions. This is why my step father is very much important to someone in my situation to help me out with knowledge ???? of making the right decision. Thank you. Mary Mcgee
