Grapevine Ford Auto Repair Service Center

He lied to us saying the repairs would be covered under the Service Contract so we will be canceling the service contract and never purchasing another vehicle from the dealership again. We will also be filing a Texas Dept of Insurance complaint about the sales practices for the Service Contract along with a complaint regarding the estoppel situation due to the lying about it being covered. We are extremely unsatisfied and will make sure we no longer recommend the dealership to friends and family.

Tyler was very good at keeping me updated on my vehicles progress. The only thing negative is that he didn't get back to me as why the technician didn't reinstall my intake shroud or bottom skid plate.

I dropped my truck off for 5 days and got a rental from your establishment. After 5 days I know not even four hours was spent on my truck. I know because Andrew was going to charge me for a rental as in his mind if less than four hours of labor is done it should be the customers responsibility to pay for a rental (regardless if in 5 days not four hours of work is done). I have a 70,000 mile mpp warranty. In the end after 5 days and not even four hours of work it was determined a part needs ordered so I returned the rental and will need to come back to fix the same issue. If there is a bright spot when I came to return the rental and get my unfixed truck I dealt with an individual with the last name Jacques. He was able to realize I have a warranty, what that means and have the warranty cover the rental. When I return I need to deal with him. I can’t and will not deal with individuals that will charge me for erroneous items. I hope this is an isolated instance and I am not sure it is because the service manager Vinny echoed everything Andrew said about the rental. I have always dealt with other car companies and they did everything they could to have all repairable items charged to a warranty. This is my first Ford... Hope it improves. At this point you have a low bar set for yourself.
