Jason was great but the fact my warranty was just about out the day I called and then had to wait seven or eight days to get in and went over my warranty causing me not to get a door handle fixed. You guys wanted 800 for one door handle repair. I just bought the car from you guys four or five months ago. I called Ford they offered to pay half after waiting another five or six days. 400 fir a door handle was still a big ask in my mind since we just bought the car. So Jason yes Grapevine Ford no
