We brought our 2020 Lincoln Navigator in to repair chips in the windshield. We were told the repair is complete and that a chip would still exist but not spread. The vehicle was delivered to us when we purchased from Grapevine Ford with a chip in the windshield. The information sticker was covering the chip. We would have not purchased this almost brand new vehicle with a chip in the windshield.
Experience was good. Tyler was friendly, efficient and proactive in communication. Vehicle was completed on time and to my satisfaction.

Aaron was outstanding, beginning with my call last week to schedule an appointment. He was friendly, upfront and honest about how long my service might take, then your team completed my truck in 2 hours, much sooner than I expected. I got just the opposite from AutoNation Ford last week. Even though I live in Arlington I will come back to Grapevine Ford for any additional service I may need and will shop with you again when I’m ready to purchase another vehicle. Thanks

Chris was outstanding! I came in with a nail in the back of my passenger side tire on my mustang GT and Chris reassured me that it’s possible that it will be a 2 hour wait but he’ll get me out of there as soon as possible. I love that he kept me updated on my vehicle while my tire was being patched up. He was very nice and respectful and provided EXCELLENT customer service. I live out in Arlington but I would definitely recommend coming back to Grapevine Ford and being serviced by him again whenever I come back for my oil change.
