The service department is exceptional. Alfredo is a great service advisor. Your parts dept. decided to count inventory at the busiest time of the day (7am) and therefore none of service could get any parts. It took 4 hours to get my oil changed snd a nail removed and plugged on my tire. Unacceptable. I’m STILL waiting for Jennifer Badger in Customer loyalty to call me back ! Typical. Jerks.

I have given Grapevine Ford all my service business since buying my new vehicle two years ago. Every service visit has missed my expectations and I have voiced my concerns and frustrations, yet I continue to be let down. You folks seem to be completely missing some of the most basic principles of customer service, and it’s clear that you just don’t care. I don’t know why I am even writing this because no one will be concerned enough to even make an attempt to follow up. It’s about listening, keeping promises, and striving to exceed expectations. I am a small business owner, so I get it. Good luck and I hope you all figure it out.

Great service. Honestly, expectations were low because we also have a Lexus and service at Lexus dealer is great (and we pay for it, LOL). Service from Aaron and Grapevine Ford exceeded our expectations! Thank you, that is what will keep us coming back!
Tyler was fabulous! He worked with me to have the car repaired while getting my daughter back to college. Cannot thank him enough and was very impressive. However, I will tell you that my experience with Kendra who answered the service appointment phone line was the absolutely worse experience I have ever had at Grapevine Ford to the point that I almost made my service appointment with another dealership. I am glad that I continued calling until I reached someone who was helpful.
