3 days to diagnose engine light. Presented with repair bill in excess of $7000 .... yes $7000. I have maintained this vehicle with for dealership since new, almost all at grapevine Ford. Outrageous expenses. Would seem to me foreign vehicles are now much cheaper to run and more reliable. I have owned Ford’s for 30 years. Not any more.

Had to take car to get Inspected $15 gas also had to pay $15 for the inspected I was told if I bring the cR he will fill it with gas that doesn't happen I was also told I do not have to pay for the inspection it was free but I had to Pay $15 in buy gas to make it to Grapevine Ford dealership about 30 to 40 minutes were I lived then I still need to go pay for the State sticker don't know the cost till I go on Thu

I don’t understand why it took 3/4 weeks to fix my car. I received several messages that my car hadn’t even moved and the battery was going dead.

Tyler did fantastic job once we got connected. The appointment process was very disappointing. I made reservations on your website but was then told that only gave me an appointment with the advisor, not for the work. This is not how other dealerships work. Tyler did a great job in covering this deficiency.

When I bought the car there was a dent on the paint and your sales person took it back for fixing it.. after 8 days I have not got my car back…. We are very disappointed on that ….this a super bad customer experience and mostly when u just paid +35,000 US$ for the first car of my daughter. You should focus more on driving customer satisfaction tracking/accountability and not only sending txts of thank you and thank you.

2 trips to the service department and i still have a pcm problem. I am giving grapevine ford 1 star reviews for the corporate survey i received. Maybe this will motivate your service department to diagnose and fix the problem on the first visit.
