You have work on a problem with the temperature with the heater since last spring. Each time we were told it was fixed. The second time we were advised it was a part in the dash that had to be ordered. The service order was closed and the part order. This time it was the battery. I went and purchased a digital gauge and sent pictures to Tyler today of the reading and have not heard anything back. When we picked up the Expedition yesterday the service Mgr came up and said it was probably the thermostat but he would have use temp gauge to see. This time you had the vechicle from Thursday to Thursday and I not sure what to do.
