There is more to the story. It was very nice for Alfredo to not charge me for the services I received. My appt at 11am was for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection and I was there until 3pm. No excuse as to why it was taking so long while I waiting. Also why does Ford not change there lug nuts if they expand over time and cause problems for the consumer as well as for the technicians. The techs were not going to rotate my tires initially because of the lug nut issue. That is a Ford part problem- not mine. We bought are tired through Ford dealership.
Took way longer than planned (4hours), but Chris kept in touch and made the wait worthwhile without any complaints from me. Great job with a bad situation.
Pete was fabulous at communicating and trying to get my vehicle serviced in a difficult situation that was out of his control. . But making customers wait 3+ hours for simple quicklane service is really unacceptable. Please hire more people or don’t schedule the appts.

I am happy you fixed the problem with timing chain under warranty. I am not happy that you did not provide a rent car or loaner for the week that I was without my truck, though. I have the Zaktek Ultimate package and it was not washed while there, as promised. I have the Platinum Care Package and no loaner car was provided FOR A WEEK without my truck. On the small side, you didn’t even have coffee available in the showroom for customers…although the employees had access to it and full cups. You have a lot of work to do in terms of customer service.

Took a very long time to get a service advisor, once i managed to get someone to book the appointment I was incorrectly advised i would have a rental car. Also warranty work has to be booked for another date for something as simple as a door alignment. For the 5000 mile service i went to another dealer for the service which is frustrating going away from the dealer i purchased the car from.
I came in with my F350 Super Duty to oil and filter change, transmission fluid change and coolant changed. Being a 2013 but with only 60k miles the manual states 6 years or 105k miles for coolant. The only coolant that was changed was the primary but not secondary. Was told wait until 90k for that. Not what owners manual states and was still charged 251.50 for coolant change alone. Looks like your techs forgot or did not know there was a secondary system. Either way not very good service.
