Great customer from the moment I walked in to the turn around time for an oil change , especially at the end of the business day. I was a little disappointed that when the porter brought me my truck there was no plastic on the seat and there was a stain on my seat that looked like oil :( the young man apologized and gave me my truck . That is the only part that sucked other than that keep up the great job THANKS RICHARD

Needed to make three different appointments to have my airbag recall fixed. It is still not fixed because the correct parts were not ordered. Not happy with Martin Chevy and it is unlikely i would do business with your company again.

The service advisor and technician failed to complete the services I asked for. I had to come back and ask for an explanation. And when I did, my service advisor really had no answer for me. Poor service!
