Had a 9:20am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and at approximately 12 noon was called to the desk regarding other issues that should be addressed. Understand they need to be addressed but I should have been notified long before 12 noon

Stephen is a very pleasant gentleman who took time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle he went with me on a test run and figured out the problem this is not the first time that I had an encounter with him and he was always friendly he’s a great asset to the company. Ms. Jones

A complete failure. You had my car for almost 12 days and assured me that my AC was fixed. I have to drive to Florida tomorrow in 90 degree heat and yet the AC IS STILL BROKEN. I will be renting a car for my trip and fully expect you to pay for the bill in addition to any cost with finally repairing the AC when I return in 10 days. Sincerely, Frank G

I would mandate that your customers wear masks in your waiting room, however.

Bonnie was really exemplary in keeping in touch with me every step of the way, as I gave a long list of issues I wanted checked into on our SAAB 97-x. Nothing was ever “assumed” and she texted me regularly to keep me informed.
