The service provided and service employees were great. However, the employees in the showroom showed little respect for the current covid situation. There were numerous (but not all) employees who either were not wearing masks or were not wearing them correctly. I understand that those in offices don't need masks but when the walk out in the general area, they certainly should. Will likely consider other dealerships for my next service.

Amount of time was longer than promised, not once but three times. Your service system seems very organized but the system slows down your staff instead of speeding them up.
Excellent customer service. Expressed clearly that he wanted to solve my problem with the least expense on my part — and he did. Highly pleasant and professional. Also suggested a service — 4 wheel alignment — that I am glad he did. Too many potholes!
