Miss communication about leaving car, could have had wife follow me. Do not need $1000 waiver on a loaner. Will make arrangements next week to leave car.
Bonnie Lane is awesome! She made me feel good that my car would be perfectly fine after the service I needed. She gave me the option to get a loner car or wait. I like that I was able to have a choice . I chose to wait and the wait time was exactly what she said it would be . Thumbs up to Bonnie !
I spoke with your service people about an alignment for the car they told me it was $139 I told them that for $89 I can get an alignment anywhere and it’s warranted for six months he said he would speak to the manager and see what he could do instead of calling me back and told me that wasn’t available he did the alignment for $139 I’ve called around in for $139 I can get a two year warranty on an alignment that means anytime it’s out of alignment you bring it back they do it for free so I was not happy that they did that without my permission
Tire rotation should be free Many places that do oil changes offer free tire rotation
