I had a 10:15 appointment and arrived early. Only one intake person working. I was told that others arrived late for appts which apparently delayed others that were on time. It didn’t seem like the usual well oiled machine and prompt service that I am accustomed to. Maybe it was the full moon!
Waiting for an hour and a half for an oil change is unacceptable, especially when the car has been sitting in the finished section for at least a half hour, as far as I know... I had to get up and ask what's with this car. God knows how long I would have been there if I didn't say anything...
