Beyond frustrated with Cadillac, worst customer service out of any car i have ever owned. Looking into selling my car and going to a new company, i have no clue what was done to my car, service had my car for 2 days and i have not one piece of paper that states what was looked at or checked on my vehicle, my car rides like **** and i was told numerous reason why this is so…. My worst regret in life was purchasing this vehicle.
Bonnie and the staff at Gold Coast are the best! I’m so glad I purchased my vehicle there. I’ve purchased elsewhere and the service is always the worst so I have to go elsewhere for it. Not with Gold Coast! They are the best!

Extremely professional as it was only an oil change and tire rotation but we all have been to the so called quick lube and spent 2hrs + waiting I was completed and on my way in an hour and 15 minutes.With that said and Cadillac service team behind it why go elsewhere.Thank You
