Anthony Hassaan was by far the BEST service person I have ever dealt with. Probably the most amazing qualities of his were that of patience and empathy. He listened to me, did not rush me, and explained everything I had questions about. He kept me updated on my car’s service progress and when my car was ready, even though he was with another customer, rather than having me sit longer, he sent someone else to get me to begin the checkout process. Hats off to Gold Coast for hiring such a caring individual. I will ask for Anthony Hassaan

He went BEYOND THE BEYOND! :) I have never felt so valued as a Cadillac customer, and so special!! Again, while I have always had good service at Gold Coast, I always felt like just an average customer (some previous representatives barely looked up when processing my paperwork - extremely efficient and knowledgeable but not very engaging.) The experience Michael delivered and the way he treated me and spoke to me made feel like Gold Coast APPRECIATED & VALUED my business.
