I had an appointment at 10 and they were very accommodating when I was there.
I do have to go back at a future date when items they ordered for me are in..

Service center has always been outstanding in my ownership of cadillacs over 20 years. Unfortunately after this lease is up I have switched and already purchased a Mercedes This is due to a particular sales person and no response from the general manager after many emails of a major issue. I asked my husband after we left service yesterday if they would service my Mercedes. He said unfortunately I need to go to the Mercedes dealer. Hopefully they will be as good as the service center at Gold Coast. Thank you

I have been dealing with Crystal since the start of our current Escalade lease in 2016. Every time she is professional, courteous, and always helpful. Last week I was running a half an hour late for my appointment. I called Crystal and she was able to accommodate me, and keep my appointment. It was very helpful and deeply appreciated.

Anthony Hassan is exceptional! I cannot say enough great things about his professionalism. I’ve dealt with a young lady in the past who unfortunately was uninformative, non-talkative, stony-faced and borderline rude. I don’t think she ever looked me directly in the eyes once. I was so happy I didn’t get her again yesterday. Anthony was personable, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. He was an absolute pleasure and I will be asking for him every time I come back to Gold Coast. He’s a great addition to your team!

The female in service was completely rude. We have Been a Gold Coast customer for over ten years . Starting to look around for new vehicles and sad to say it mostly won’t be from Gold Coast . Service was always a reason why we keeping coming back . The feeling of uncomfortable help that doesn’t have the patients for customer service is a huge turn off.
